Due to the nature of hemp-derived products (perishability, regulatory restrictions, and hygiene concerns), our return policy is limited.
General Policy
All sales are final once the package ships.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind,” opened products, or unused items.
Exceptions only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Process for Eligible Returns
Contact us within 7 days of receipt at [your email address].
Provide order number, photos of the issue, and details.
If approved (at our discretion), we may issue a replacement (same product) or refund to the original payment method.
Return shipping is your responsibility unless the issue is our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Refunds (if granted) processed within 10 business days after we receive/inspect the item.
Non-Refundable Items/Costs
Shipping fees (both ways).
Opened or used products.
Products in prohibited states (orders canceled pre-shipment may be refunded minus fees).
We comply with all applicable consumer protection laws but prioritize regulatory compliance for hemp products.
