Amish Grown LLC ships hemp-derived products (including THCA) within the continental United States only, in compliance with federal and state laws.
Shipping Methods and Times
We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours of placement (excluding weekends/holidays).
Standard shipping via USPS, UPS, or similar carriers (options may appear at checkout).
Shipping times are estimates: 3–7 business days typical (subject to carrier delays, weather, or high volume).
Orders placed after cutoff (e.g., 2 PM EST) may ship the next business day.
Shipping Costs
Calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected method. Free shipping thresholds (if any) will be displayed.
Prohibited States
This product is not available for shipment to the following states: Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont.
Note: Products with Total THC content above 0.3% must not be shipped to these states.
We reserve the right to refuse/cancel orders to any location where prohibited by law. You are responsible for verifying legality in your area.
Delivery and Risk
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon handover to the carrier. Provide accurate addresses; we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect info. Signature may be required for high-value orders.
Tracking
Tracking numbers are emailed upon shipment. Check your spam folder if not received.
International Shipping
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Damaged/Lost Packages
Contact us within 7 days of delivery for issues. We may require photos or carrier claims.
